EQUILIBRIO - (Balance)

EQUILIBRIO (Balance), silently tells a story of parallels, angles and directions that are meant to be testimonies of the present.

The pair of lamps is parallel but staggered, the mirrors reflect the viewer within the work, and humanity and disorder are represented by the brass and wood element, a ladder, which returns the same angle present in the composition, but in a more chaotic manner.

All the elements thus constitute a balance between the parts, winking at a contemporary composition of an ancestral order of rough elements and shimmering elements, of shadows and lights.

Thus existence is expressed in time, in the inexorable passage of seconds, minutes, hours, days, months and years, with material forms and colours representing balance.
